Shipping and Return
There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchase from Gemazu:
- Please keep your original copy of the Sales Invoice. This is important when returning an item.
- You have seven (14) days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Items must be in good condition and must be in their original packaging unless items are defective upon purchase.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and evaluation of items.
- The mode of refund will be based on the original payment mode.
- We’ll also pay the return shipping costs.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Products that are manufactured for customers.
- Erotic articles such as toys of any kind cannot be exchanged.
- Trading cards cannot be returned.
- Lego and Lepin products.
- Makeup Products and Lotions.
- Swimwear and underwear cannot be withdrawn for hygiene reasons.

- After you do your Order and the Payment gets confirmed we will process so quickly as possible. ( 4 – 5 Working days bit pick up and Shipped out )
- USA, Canada: 7 to 29 business days.
- Europe: 7 to 29 business days
- Asian & Australia: 10 to 15 business days
- Mexico and South America: 20-25 business days
- Middle East: 10-25 business days
- Africa: 25-35 business days
- (Note that our International fulfillment centers do not ship on weekends or public holidays.)
Please note that packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Only orders that are paid, processing or partially shipped may be modified.
Please contact our dedicated customer service team as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a shipped order.
Our agents will help you the best they can, however, if an order cannot be canceled, please accept the package and refer to our warranty page.

Please contact us within 3 months from the shipment date if you still have not received your package when shipped via standard, flat rate, or priority shipping.
For Latin America, this deadline is extended to 4 months for postal deliveries.
All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the shipment date.
After this period, we will no longer be able to offer compensation.
Kindly note that packages shown as delivered on the shipping courier’s website by expedited shipping method are exempt from this policy.
We respond to all complaints within 48 hours except on weekends and public holidays.
